Blue Sail Inn..Leaving soon please help!

We booked our room at this establishment because of the great reviews here on trip advisor.

But after reading some other not so pleasent stuff ..now i am a bit worried.

We are paying 119.00 for a room..No balcony, but a bay window with a view in the East Bldg. 2 queen beds.They said all they had left was a smoking room. We smoke, but never inside, and never around close quarters of our kids. The people on the phone..';Bob'; and another woman were both very very nice. Do all rooms have fireplaces? will we use this in the summer?I so would like a room with a balcony. Is this close to any stores where we can pickup coldcuts,bottled water and yogurt?

You should be fine with this hotel. You%26#39;ll find small stores on Main St for the items you%26#39;re asking for, but there is also a major market north of Morro Bay Blvd across from Burger King. Morro Bay isn%26#39;t that big, so you shouldn%26#39;t have too much trouble with finding a market. A fireplace may be useful in summer if you%26#39;re not used to the cooler temps we usually enjoy. But we have had some pretty warm days recently (at least here in the Pismo area) and having a fire is the last thing you%26#39;ll want.
