Hi everyone, me and my husband are arriving in LA in December from Ireland. Any suggestions for a nice, quiet hotel for our first two nights as we%26#39;re likely to be very tired! Ideally looking for something four or five star, reasonably close to good shopping and attractions etc. Any advice would be very much appreciated!
quiet hotel in Hollywood?What is your budget? Will you have a car? Are there any attractions in particular that you are interested in? (Los Angeles is very spread out so it will help to know this in order to suggest hotels).

West Hollywood, meanwhile, is a small city outside of the city limits of Los Angeles and adjacent to Hollywood. West Hollywood is known for two things:
1. It hosts the L.A. region%26#39;s major gay community.
2. It is the home of the SUNSET STRIP -- a dining and clubbing neighborhood in greater Los Angeles.
