Locals- is this a walkable area %26amp; centrally located to restaurants and shopping? My teen daughter %26amp; I are thinking this might be perfect for our getaway before her going off to college. Also looking for interesting clothes shopping- not Rodeo drive, but funky, interesting stuff a college girl might like. Thanks in advance.
Neighborhood of rental on Hilldale near Santa Monica Blvd
Sounds like you%26#39;d be around the 800 block of Hilldale? Right in the middle of west hollywood. Lots of restaurants and clubs, some shopping. I don%26#39;t think anything a teen girl would be too interested in the shopping in that area. But not to worry, you%26#39;re very close to Melrose street, lots of stores (some vintage) on Melrose. Third street from Fairfax to La Cienega has quite a few shops as well.
