Hampton Inn Kearny Mesa?

I was planning to stay in our old regular Hampton by the Sports Arena and I see it was bought out.

The Kearny Mesa on looks like it is right next to an offramp in a business neighborhood. We are going with two teenage girls.

I assume the area/hotel are ok?

It is an OK motel on the side of the road. Nothing bad about the area ,but nothing special about staying there either. Why only Hampton Inn? When are you coming?
