My Trip to L.A. - Been There- Done That :)

Hi to everyone and a big THANK YOU to all who helped me with information for my trip to L.A.

I%26#39;ve been there- done that- and had a wonderful trip-

The Getty Museum is one of the most beautiful precincts I%26#39;ve ever seen. I%26#39;m so glad I managed to get there.

My Rufus at the Hollywood Bowl was a knockout.

The trip was worth it for those things alone.

Just a helpful tip that someone might like to keep in mind when advising bus travel. I was looking for my 761 bus stop to the Getty and couldn%26#39;t find a stop with that number. Found out theRapid bus stops just have the RAPID sign - no bus nos.

Apart from that glitch - I found the buses to be a great way to get around - ( well - to the three places I travelled to.)

Had a tour inside Graumann%26#39;s Chinese Theatre - and I loved the Stars Tour- because of the history of the houses we saw- and the bits of oral history about the areas we visited.

My stay at the Hollywood Celebrity Hotel far exceeded my expectations. I%26#39;d definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed the report and pictures. Brought back memories of my trip to LA. need to go back and do some more exploring.
